Senior Mechanical Engineer
-Design, supervise and maintain the installation of hospital Mechanical Systems such as HVAC system, Plumbing systems and Fire Fighting systems.
- Oversees and manages the Maintenance and operations of all different mechanical systems at Al Rahba Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage work quality by ensuring the implementation of highest HS&E standards, .
- Supports the Clinical Operation and nursing team to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction and ensure safe and successful delivery of best services to our patients.
1-Design and supervise the installation of different Mechanical Equipment and systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Medical Gas, Boilers, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment.
2-Regular Auditing for all Business Entities 13 Hospitals and more than 60 Ambulatory health care services in All Abu Dhabi City.
3-Approved and preparing Budget for different facilities.
4-Preparing Check list and KPI's for all different equipment and business entities.
5- Review and approve the Design of new Healthcare facilities (Hospitals and Clinics) and supervise the installation work during execution time .
6-Hold meeting with project stakeholders to ensure the new facilities comply with local regulations and international standards.
7-Follow up project closeout and handing over and coordinate with end users during taking over, operation and maintenance .
8-Manage work quality by ensuring the implementation of highest HS&E standards, .
9- Supports the Clinical Operation and nursing team to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction and ensure safe and successful delivery of best services to our patients.
Position: Site Mechanical Manager (Contractor)-Dubai
Saifco is one of MEP contractors company working in Supply and installation of all Different types of Air Conditioning Systems like chilled water and DX systems and I was site mechanical Engineer responsible to supervise the installation of different systems for different types of project like high rise buildings (3B+G+M+60 floors, 3B+G+M+42 floors, compound of villas, Showrooms, ...etc).
To supervise all the installation of HVAC Equipment and be sure all the equipment delivered as per the specification and contract agreement.
Attend regular meeting with project consultant and coordinate with company purchasing department to supply the material and equipment on time as per approved schedule.
Supervise the installation of HVAC system for the following projects:
1- Al Maadi Hospital 400 Beds.
2- Hart institute al Embaba City.
3- El Galaa Hotel .
4- Dar El Mushaa at Naser City.
Project management can bring many benefits to a business.
