• Support the new product development process starting from Idea Generation to Post Launch Review across all business categories.
• Develop new recipes basis project briefs, complying with Quality / Regulatory & costs requirements.
• Get Recipe approval from PTC / R&D and validate pack declaration in relevant case.
• Define manufacturing formula, block diagram, and manufacturing conditions.
• Provide relevant information for product costing.
• Define release norms - on line and finished product.
• Validate the shelf life of the new product with specified packaging.
• Compile all nutritional data and do a nutritional assessment (NCA & NF).
. Developing all the Raw Material and Packing Materials specifications.
-Managing all the change process whenever the process control parameters are
modified.
• Optimize process and contribute to cost improvement initiatives (Process and RMS).
• Take immediate corrective action in case of any deviation in product quality or any Regulatory issue.
- Innovation and Renovation for New products.
- Lunch around 13 new instant soups and 4 new sweet recipe products .
- settle and lunch the new production methods and recipes management for the new ones.
