Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Develop and Maintain healthy relation with( Govt. and Non Govt. Organistions for better and fast functioning of organisation.
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for( appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Plan and direct for Training of( employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.
Implement procurement strategy and policies by forecasting procurement needs.
Create and implement KPI’s.
Monitor macro trends in supplier and contract base and implement plans to react.
Supervise in ordering materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations, preparing purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Monitor the quality, cost, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods
Develop the business as needed by analyzing logistical problems and developing new solutions
Coordinate and control the order cycle including any associated information systems
Analyze data to allow for monitoring performance and plan any necessary improvements
Implement safety and health procedures
Manage training issues for staff
