Supervise, direct, and participates with legal stuff in reviewing contracts and providing legal consulting monitor compliance review the agreements
Providing legal advice on a broad range of operational and regulatory matters including the interpretation of GGC law and MENA Regions Law;
• providing legal review of policy documents including internal procedures and Consultation Papers;
• working with a team on the development and revision of Laws, Regulations, Rules, guidance and other instruments, and advising on the interaction (where applicable) with the local legal environment;
• assisting investigations and disciplinary actions including advice on the relevant provisions of GGC law and MENA Regions Law, related procedural questions and facilitating interaction with local investigative and prosecutorial bodies;
• assessing legal risk and exposure;
• Co-coordinating communication and feedback with external counsel and litigation;
• negotiating and drafting contractual agreements, such as real estate leases, and advising on employment matters;
• Advice on compliance and corporate governance issues; and
• keeping informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments domestically, regionally and in the wider international context.

Responsibility is developing and prosecuting cases against individuals or entities accused of committing crimes.
Reviews cases, prepares warrants, conducts hearing with witnesses, conducts internal prosecutor office administration, and tries cases.

Helping the head of legal services with all duties of a company regarding the law, giving advice to the head of legal services for a company when necessary, assuring the businesses they work for comply with legal requirements, and managing both internal and external legal resources. Have the responsibility of providing helpful legal assistance on issues such as employment, company policies, disputes, and contracts. Advising on minimal liability/legal exposure for the company and researching the implications of legislation and case laws that could impact the business and reporting findings back to the head of legal services. Work with other sectors of the company on certain projects such as taxes, fund raising, and developing policies. Review all legal documents, reviewing them to make sure they are effectively drafted and interpreted.
