However, the change management is involved in every step of the process—from receipt of a Request For Change to the implementation of the change in the IT environment—and is ultimately responsible for the successful implementation of any change to the IT environment.

Configuration management is a critical process responsible for identifying, controlling, and tracking all versions of hardware, software, documentation and procedures

The financial management gathers budgets information from each department that uses IT services within the organization. and assesses the budgetary performance of current activities

Business Continuity is the ability to continue delivery of service in the event of an unplanned disruption.
