It ensures that all the current and future Capacity and performance aspects of the business requirements are provided cost-effectively.
The change management is responsible for managing the activities of the change management process for the IT organization. This individual focuses on the process as a whole more than on any individual change. However, the change management is involved in every step of the process—from receipt of a Request For Change to the implementation of the change in the IT environment—and is ultimately responsible for the successful implementation of any change to the IT environment.
Configuration management is a critical process responsible for identifying, controlling, and tracking all versions of hardware, software, documentation and procedures
The financial management gathers budgets information from each department that uses IT services within the organization. and assesses the budgetary performance of current activities
Business Continuity is the ability to continue delivery of service in the event of an unplanned disruption.
To protect and ensure safety of all personnel.
To limit collateral damage.
To preserve vital data / records.
To recover “critical services” in priority order.
To reduce financial loss / market share.
To avoid financial penalties.
To avoid loss of client and goodwill.
•Working at XCEED Contact Center from December 2001 till now, in position of Senior Supervisor IT support, managing front end support department, contacts are all XCEED departments and users (2000 employee).
My Department is the intermediate department between IT departments we distribute for them and manage tasks to consolidate it to come with the end result planed for.
Started as a technical Support Engineer and endded as a Senior IT Support Engineed, leading a team of IT Support Engineers to support all ABB Companies in Egypt.
