Responsible for managing and executing all technical office activities that concerning with the project requirement such as:
• Review the contract, inclusions and preliminary studies for the project.
• Perform complex Electrical building design and possess that design in REVIT and AutoCAD software
• Perform complex MEP coordination using BIM programs (revit, naviswork and autocad )
• Identify all the forms and style of correspondence with owner, consultant and the head office company.
• Coordinating with Procurement Dept. To conduct sub-contractors, vendors agreements & purchasing order.
• Directing & managing Surveying & Invoice works.
• Directing & managing workshop drawing & As-built drawing works.
• Preparation of project reports.
• Directing & managing the document control works.
• Revised change requests & develop variation order if needed.
• Coordinating between technical office & Site Activities with other dep. In the site.
