Gather business requirements and model unified business solution to manage and automate three companies’ business units.
Conduct business analysis activities i.e. workshops, interviews, vendor assessments and process modelling to shape Proof of Concepts then map the requirements to SAP S4HANA and SAP Hybris.
Create and customize business process to map brokerage solution and real system using Dynamics CRM Technology.
Deliver end-users training for the basics business workflows of Dynamics CRM.
Responsible for conducting workshops to understand business processes then map MS Dynamics to those business processes, design training courses, create training material and conduct training to end-users.
Engage with business processes’ owners and subject matter experts to obtain UAT phase, determine the state of the solution, document any deficiencies, and determine possible training gaps.
Deliver Dynamics AX 2012 by verifying and evaluating the deliverables, and maintaining risks according to the project plan.

Build modelling process for Oracle E-business Suite and Salesforce to automate the business units.
Assist in developing and customizing logical entities and interfaces.
Developing business scenarios to specify the most appropriate solutions to the clients.
Working closely with the development team determining the feasibility of the solution and assist the development team in finalizing it.
Test the product to make sure it is bug-free, accessible, and usable before delivering the solution to the client.
Develop and implement logical and technical models to support business operations.
Assist in building a solution to unify the business operations “Retail and Manufacturing”.
Install, update and backup the application platform.
Provide technical support to end-users and report defects to the vendor.
