Develop retail / channel / customer “go-to-market” strategy covering Where to Play, What to Play & How to win strategy & plans, mainly covering market place assessment, retailing strategy & priorities, visibility & availability standards for the IM product division.

Monitor and manage operating costs by defined geography to maximize contribution
