En tant que coordinateur de département français chez Al Kawthar International Schools, ma mission consiste à superviser et à gérer le programme MYP et DP de l'IB. jes suis responsable de veiller à ce que les élèves reçoivent une éducation de qualité en français, en conformité avec les normes internationales de l'IB. Je travaille en étroite collaboration avec les enseignants pour développer des programmes d'études qui répondent aux besoins des élèves et qui les préparent à réussir leurs examens de l'IB. je suis également responsable de la gestion des ressources pédagogiques et de la formation des enseignants pour garantir leur développement professionnel continu. Enfin, je suis chargé de superviser le travail des enseignants et de fournir des évaluations régulières pour améliorer les performances du département français de l'école.
