Looking after the Company FM business KSA wide, and at a directory level to manage all the listed below.
• Manage the bidding team for Business Development to identify areas of expansion and market opportunities for KSA FM businesses.
• Oversees the implementation of sales or commercial strategies and objectives.
• Defines the organization's commercial policies and ensures the company adheres to the annual budget.
• Review data and reports to understand a helpful way to help the company meet its objectives.
• Present financial reports, specifically related to sales, to the Managing Director.
• Provide guidance and input when teams or departments are designing new processes or procedures for conducting work.
• Lead the launch for any new product or service.
• Use customer feedback to help establish new practices for the sales and marketing departments
• Manage and prepare all financial elements including revenue generation, cost controls, and financial performance and collections “P&L”.

building assets and ensure ongoing reliability checks for all facilities under our management.

strategic objectives which will optimize the utilization of resources.

Managing the IFM services for 3000 residential units and the related facilities in 3 different destinations inside King Abdullah Economic City. It is spread across 1, 500, 000 Sqm of the KAEC district we provide 24/7 opening/operational hours cover for Operation and Maintenance Services.
• Creates and executes Project Road Plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements.
• Prepare and manage the budgets, project profitability and revenue of the projects throughout the year.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing, revenue recognition, and billing including tracking team hours and costs on a weekly basis.
• Implement, review, and monitor tools and resources to control stakeholder engagement. In addition to manage stakeholder expectations and dealing with difficult personalities and conflicts of interest.
• Keep projects on track, meet the KPI’s, achieve SLA’s and evaluate project performance.
