Looking after the Company FM business KSA wide, and at a directory level to manage all the listed below.
• Manage the bidding team for Business Development to identify areas of expansion and market opportunities for KSA FM businesses.
• Oversees the implementation of sales or commercial strategies and objectives.
• Defines the organization's commercial policies and ensures the company adheres to the annual budget.
• Review data and reports to understand a helpful way to help the company meet its objectives.
• Present financial reports, specifically related to sales, to the Managing Director.
• Provide guidance and input when teams or departments are designing new processes or procedures for conducting work.
• Lead the launch for any new product or service.
• Use customer feedback to help establish new practices for the sales and marketing departments
• Manage and prepare all financial elements including revenue generation, cost controls, and financial performance and collections “P&L”.
• Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies.
• Direct the development and participate in reviewing and approving the short-long range operating objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of operating expenses including expense participation and annual reconciliation.
• Establish targets and strategies to drive the operations team to identify operational energy reduction initiatives and implement them as early as possible to maximize savings.
• Overseeing the daily FM business, administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
• Manage and coach facility managers & project directors to be accountable for their performance of their frontline Infrastructure and technical teams.
• Work closely with project directors and clients to deliver superior tenant output services, ensure positive client relationships, identify capital projects, programs to maintain
building assets and ensure ongoing reliability checks for all facilities under our management.
• Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover. Also plan, organize, develop, control activities to accomplish integrated
strategic objectives which will optimize the utilization of resources.
• Establishing division improvement plans that grow and promote company vision and culture.
• Evaluating company service performance and recommending strategies to improve results for PPM & RM.
• Review and evaluate performance on a continuing basis and establish SLA’s-KPI’s of performance; counsels’ directors/managers as to execution of programs, and when
necessary provide direction for modification in work plans or implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions.
• Monitor all work in progress to ensure that quality, statutory code, and operational standards are met.
• Help to use innovative techniques to solve problems and handle daily operations.
