•Managing the sales-force customer database.
•Coordinate & resolve with the sales force for any issue of customer orders.
•Schedule meetings of the sales force and follow up with customers.

•Organize and develop training programs to meet specific training needs.
•Assess training needs for new and existing employees.

•Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
•Organize the operation and set up the structure of big events.
•Generate Leads from different sources into Prospects to Customers.
•Cold calling & managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
•Achieving Monthly Sales 300, 000 per quarter.
•Grab the buyer’s attention in the first few seconds.
•Working closely with the sales manager for setting the annual sales plan.
•Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
•Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services.
•Developing & maintaining successful strong business relationships with all prospects.
•Work with the existing clients for new product development.
•Negotiating the terms of an agreement & closing sales and organizing sales visits.
•Presenting Creative work to clients for approval or modification.
•Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, Arranging and attending meetings.
•Handling Big accounts like Amer Group, L`Oreal and Bavarian Auto.
•Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
•Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of any campaign or event to reach the best outcome.
•Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
•Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
