Helping in sales with the international sales Dept.
Follow up the custom regulations & the Drawback, Taxes repaid & Export shoring
dealing with existing accounts and helping expanding the clients range all over Countries, Follow-up all documents, requirements, reports and product proposals and price quotations. Process and execute authorizations, substitutions, orders, replacements, credit memos etc., Interact with the customers and dealer through fax, verbal or written communication to provide the information about the delivery and product to be delivered, Act as a liaison in between in corporate and field operations like advertisements, development, legal department or manufacturing., Ensure the delivery of the product on schedule. Handle the queries and issues of the customers and resolve them very effectively, supporting the top management in well informed critical decision making and future planning, Supporting the International Sales Dept. by preparing business proposals/presentations for sales projects, Conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and discount schemes; determining product pricing to remain competitive, Streamlining market research for identification and enforcement of competitor's benchmarks.
At 2017 I established contracts with producers to produce new products outside the group by the group brands such as jam, new juice flavors, frozen vegetables .etc. and exported it to satisfy the needs of our clients.

To match the production needs with annual planes - making a production plan to cover the needs of local & export sales -and the local purchasing Dept. & Import Dept. “I made a system to control this issue by a weekly stocks report determine the factory needs depending on the production departments - seven production department - needs ( about 700 packing & raw materials items) “
