Credit and Treasury Manager - Egypt & North Africa at Energizer Egypt

Direct repot to both : Europe Credit Manager and Egypt F&C Manager
Lead and full responsible about Credit and Treasury Functions through the region in order to minimize Business Credit Risk and maintain strength and speediness of Region Cash Flow including :-

Credit Management:-

-Create internal and regional credit policies that applied with global policies
-Credit risk assessment, customers evaluation and create internal customer ranking
-Approve / Reject customer’s credit terms ( credit limits, payment terms and payment methods )
-Take all needed credit decisions
-Daily credit control management and sales orders releasing
-Managing customer’s credit files (customer’s contracts, customer’s documents such as tax ID and trade register, customer’s credit applications forms, etc.)
-Managing customer’s guarantees status in parallel with given credit terms and lines ( LG & LC )
-Managing and monitoring region Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and calculate region Net Working Capital (NWC) and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC)
-Resolve credit issue with customers
-Managing past dues and customers delinquency
-Make sure all the credit policies are followed in all transactions that take place in credit and collection department
-Managing, maintain and reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts that related to credit and collection functions (accounts receivable, bad debits allowance, trade investment accounts, tax withhold and value add tax accounts etc.)
-Managing customer’s trade investment accruals
-Credit analysis and recommendation that support top management business decisions
-Clear credit reports to top management on a timely manner
-Work closely with commercial management for advice and support commercial decisions
-Guide and educate commercial team in order to achieve strategic objective

Treasury Management:-

-Manage all aspects of cash flow.
-Create, monitor and follow up annually Cash Flow Projection ( Cash Budget ) in line with global cash management strategies
-Manage short-term investment and cash management strategies.
-Recommend and participate in long - term investment strategies
-Forecast, manage and monitor daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
-Monitor daily cash positon and bank accounts balances
-Manage relationships with banks & financial service providers
-Monitor banks credit lines and service fees
-Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
-Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections
-Monthly cash management reports
-Review monthly bank reconciliation

Team Management:-

-Manage credit and collection team
-Create and monitor credit, collection and treasury Standard Operation Procedure in line with global instructions
