• Sourcing new clients consulting engagements and discussing the deliverables with them, both in private sector and governments.

• Leading a team of debt restructuring officers including setting KPIs and ensuring they are met.
• Representing the bank in syndication meetings, with regulators and other stakeholders for all matters related to the distressed accounts/portfolio.
• Supervising the preparation of the restructuring proposals and presenting them to the Credit Committee or/and the Special Board Committee.
• Supervising remedial legal actions by liaising with the Bank’s legal counsel and/or external legal firms.

• Leading debt restructuring task forces comprising banks (Syndication), secured & unsecured creditors as well as other stakeholders including complex cross-border restructuring / recoveries.
• Undertaking legal/ Remedial actions against borrower either to enforce a restructure or liquidation including appointing external law firms and giving them guidance.
• Managing a number of special assets accounts in different lines of business including SME, Mid-Corporate and Government Banking.
• Vetting restructuring plans/proposals submitted by the borrower including proposal prepared by the big 4, performing a full-fledged assessment of the worthiness of the proposal and presenting/defending it in front of the bank’s Management Risk & Credit Committee (MRCC) as well as the Board Risk & Credit Committee (BRCC).
• Assisting and giving advice to business units on accounts where customers risk profile deteriorated.
• Conducting trainings/Workshops for the Business Account Managers, as well as Credit Risk Managers to give them the learning lessons from special assets cases in order to allow them better structuring their deals.

- Responsible of the restructuring/ risk management/M&A department with supervising more than 30 staff spread worldwide including setting up and managing procedures.
- In-charge of Corporate Relationship Management encompassing entities viz Banks, Other Financial Institutions, Industrial Associations, Business Partners, Channel Partners with specific focus on objectives aiding Business Development and Promotion.
- Responsible for Corporate Tie-ups including Administrative & Managerial Functions for Process Improvement, Smooth Assimilation and Transition wherever required.
- Chalking Compensation Plans, Client Requirement Analysis, Price Discounts and Payment
Terms & Conditions as part of Customized Client Management.

- Responsible for Sales Enhancement Initiatives to achieve pre-determined targets as per managerial requirements.
- Involved with Customer Base Expansion and Existing Customer Retention functions through various plans and Strategic Relationship Management activities.
- Managed marketing and promotion of banking products and other allied financial products including fee-based services.

- Performing assets acquisition and business development.
- Managing accounts in real estate, trading, manufacturing etc…
- Raising credit applications including credit risk analysis and financial analysis.
- Managing a team of 5 account managers.
