Looking after all admin related tasks of 70 outlets around Doha by various divisions.
In-charge of Auditing of accounting records of the Petty cash, Payments, Purchases, and Sales invoices, Stock, along with the payroll system for over 800 employees.
Supplier negotiations.
Responsible for preparing of Various Budgets on Annual, Capital Expenditure budget, Manpower & personnel Cost budgets on bi-annual, quarterly and need basis.
Comparing, monitoring and analysing of budget with actual on monthly and time-to-time basis.
Cost and Benefit Analysis of various tenders and proposals, Profitability analysis.
Negotiating with Banks for long and short term finance and other facilities including overdraft, Letter of Credit, Term Loans, Guarantees and Forex trading.
Representing to the Banks at top level for additional/ bridging Finance, Interest Rate negotiations, additional/temporary facilities.
Attending to all bank correspondence, drafting of legal documents, follow-up of proposals, attending to the visits of Bank Officials to Company’s Offices/Plant.
Leading 10 junior accountants and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Checking daily turnover reports.
Controlling cash flow on daily basis.
Reviewing Debit\Credit notes from other Carrefour Divisions.
Spooling Cheques and Transfers advice of the Suppliers on monthly basis.
Checking Bank, Credit Cards, and Gift Vouchers reconciliation.
Follow up suppliers with debit balance and make provision for bad debts.
Preparing and finalising of monthly payroll for more than 300 employees.
Reviewing monthly provision for the general expenses & staff cost.
Controlling Fixed Assets registry and run the monthly depreciation report.
Attending Stock Taking Inventory on Weekly & monthly basis.
Controlling import goods value & Landing Cost.
Calculating of Waste value.
Checking the Gross Margin Reports.
Preparing and finalizing month-end closing process as closing stock value and shrinkage provisions.
Preparing of various bench reports for Dubai Head Office.
Analyzing the monthly result reports, and set the forecast for the next month.
Updating H.O with the Final reports and settles their queries.
Preparing Forecast reports for the Senior Management.
Contributing with the F.M for preparing the Annual Budget.
Preparing all the required documents for the external Auditors (KPMG).
