I managed administrative projects and more than 120 branches for :

As Civil Engineer in the GSM field
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Green field sites:
• All the civil work starting with the footing until the installation of the monopole (20M, 30M and 40M) or the tower (45M, 60M and 75M) with all accessories (platform, safety ladder, earthing system, lightening system and the AWL)
• Installation of the shelter with all accessories (shelter stairs, earthing system, lightening system, checking all the alarms and the drainage system for the AC).
• Installation of the ladder tray between the gantry in the monopole or the tower and the rexotic in the shelter.
• Installation of the generator and the diesel tank required for the temporary electrical connection.
• Preparing the site for the permanent electrical connection.
• Finishing the site to be ready for the IT team.
Finished more than 100 green field sites with FAC from the client.
Sharing sites:
Finished more than 60 sites with FAC from the client.
Roof top sites:
• Installation of the shelter with all accessories (shelter stairs, earthen system, lightening system, checking all the alarms and the drainage system for the AC).
• Installation of the poles as per DDD (free stand poles or wall mountain)
• Installation of the cable tray with all accessories required between the poles and the shelter.
• Installation of the cable tray required for the electrical connection between the MDB in the shelter and the source of the electricity.
• Earthing and lightening system for the site.
Finished more than 90 sites with FAC from the client.
Microcell sites:
Finished 9 sites with FAC from the client.
Participated in the audit project done for 880 sites for NSN through all of U.A.E.
