Scope: Supervision the execution of roads, hydrology, culverts, and earthwork for 8155 units.
Responsibilities;
• Develop scope, work plan, and work schedule for all roads and related infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with projects execution department and other stakeholders to ensure projects are being implemented as per schedule and budget.
• Solid practical experience in soil mechanics, surveying, formwork, steel bending, concrete casting, plumbing, piping, riprap works.
• Develop scope of work for roads assessment services to be outsourced to ensure delivered work meets the division needs and requirements.
• Verify structural, piping, channel of storm, and road design drawings and coordinating with technical office in case of any technical obstacle to solve it.
• Prepare and present technical reports to project management, including monthly progress summary report/dash board, and review/evaluate contractor weekly and monthly progress report for civil works.
• Provide workplace mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of staff to ensure they are able to develop the necessary skills to deliver in their role
• Good experience and knowledge in reviewing compliance and interpretation of international quality codes & standards associated with concrete, roads, piping and Infrastructure.
Scope: Supervision the execution of roads, hydrology, and earthwork for 7500 housing
Responsibilities;
1-Verify and approve technical submittals in terms of material (bulk and long lead), shop drawings, contractor technical queries, and scope of work comply with project specification, the contract document, related codes, and standards.
2-Review periodic status reports prepared by the project management team.
3-Oversee preparing, constructing, and testing of civil works.
4-Monitor and direct contractors for civil activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame (baseline schedule), budget parameters in accordance to project/general specification, method statement and approved shop drawings.
5-Verify and oversee preparing civil method statements in whole project stages.
Scope: Supervision the execution of wet utility networks (sewer, potable water, stormwater, irrigation, and electricity cables) for 1045 housing
Responsibilities:
1-Prepare and present technical reports to project management, including monthly progress summary report/dashboard and review/evaluate contractor weekly and monthly progress report for civil works.
2-Good experience and knowledge in reviewing compliance and interpretation of international quality codes & standards associated with concrete, roads, piping, and Infrastructure SASO, AASTO, ASTM, ACI, and ECP
3-Sufficient experience in wet utilities of infrastructure scope (potable water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and irrigation), in addition to water pumping station including all equipment’s installation.
4-Verify structural, piping, and road design drawings and coordinate with the technical office in case of any technical obstacle to solving it.
Design and planning engineer of water and construction works, GIS trainer, and water software trainer in (Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation), Cairo.
Civil engineer at KHAMIS MESHEET elevated tank (the Ministry of Water and Electricity), the project contain:
1- Concrete elevated tank 300 m3 and 40 m height.
2- land escaping and related roads.
Civil engineer at NORTH KHAMIS MESHEET pump station (the Ministry of Water and Electricity), the project contain:
1- pump station
2- land escaping and related roads.
Civil engineer at EAST KHAMIS MESHEET pump station (the Ministry of Water and Electricity), the project contain:
1- pump station
2- land escaping and related roads.
• Implement a lot of projects for the ministry of water resources and irrigation in Egypt.
• High skill in execution of bridges, regulators, pumps stations, pipe lines, and water constructions.
• Supervise and monitor the survey activities and take the corrective action.
• Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted project schedule to take appropriate action to catch the delay.
• Produce structural analysis calculations or inspection and assessment for civil works.
• Record and monitor costs during the design and construction process and report on the budget position.
• Develop cost effective design solutions and prepare drawings, schedules and documents to support the construction phase.
• Provide site supervision during the construction phase of a project and effectively address any matters that arise.
• Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints.
• Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourced technicians/maintenance staffs are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems.
• Coordinate all activities related and supervision of the third party contractor’s civil staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
