•Ensure that the HR team follows standard working processes in the use of the company HRMS (Workday).
•leading HR personals activates, responsible for managing the day-to-day personnel and personal operations such (Hiring, separation, contract renewal, HR Letters, investigation, etc.)
•Managing the process of updating the database on regular basis including (Electronic and physical) to maintain update of database and to have accurate info and reports.
•Liaise and managing external partners, for example, insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance. Etc. in addition to being responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities.
•Revise company current (policies, rules, regulations, manual) and participate in further updating and development process, therefore, the skills of creating policies, procedures, Forms are must
•Prepare and update the needed documents for the diferent audits on the HR department
•Recruitment & Selection (Technical & Technician and temporary positions).
•Competency based interview (CBI).
•Conduct regular surveys with orchidia's employees
•Orientation and onboarding for new Employees.
- Ensure that all documents in the employees' files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance
-Generate all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor ofice and social insurance.
-Handle all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files.
-Handle all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available.
-Computes, disburses and review wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings for all employees.
-Follow up on the attendance system.
-Follow up and review the vacations and business errands entered in the system.
-Perform reconciliation and analytical reviews.
-Calculate monthly payroll system.
-Calculate settlements for current employees end of service payments
-Maintain monthly payroll records
-Perform annual income tax reconciliations
-Calculate the monthly payment of social insurance check
-Maintain the daily/periodically transaction of payroll corresponding (HR letters& reports)
