Coordinate and monitor logistic & warehousing operations.
Planning and coordinating with respective clients.
Handling multiple clients - FRAMECAD, KOBELCO, UNISTEEL, STAYCOLD, SCANBOX, and BARABOUX.
Planning & executing the annual and cycle stock counts & reconciliation to ensure the stock integrity.
Coordinating with operation and transport departments for processing & delivering the shipments on
time.

Planning and executing the warehouse operations based on the work load and the priority.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock &executed orders.
Update client with stock report on monthly basis.
Preparing documents for Export shipments \[Delivery Advice, Invoice Packing list\]
Follow up of duty deposits and Exit/Entry documents submission.
Billing as per KPI & follow up on payments status and procurement of payments when necessary.
Troubleshooting the customer complaints.
Internal Procurement - Handling purchase of company related items i.e. Packing materials, Safety
items etc
Maintain LPO tracking file and Supplier invoice submission file.
Coordinating with higher authorities for signatory of LPO and submit the invoice with LPO to accounts
with in the time frame.
Dealing with the suppliers for price quotation.
