Equipment Management and Safety
-Executed safe start-up and shutdown procedures for rotating equipment including centrifugal and
reciprocating pumps, gas compressors, and steam/gas turbines.
-Applied PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures for all maintenance interventions.
-Performed equipment isolations, valve line-ups, and blind/spectacle plate installations for planned and
emergency maintenance activities.
-Conducted routine checks (vibration readings, temperatures, pressures, flow rates)
-Troubleshooting & Incident Prevention
-Diagnosed and resolved process upsets (pressure surges, compressor surge, level fluctuations) minimizing
unplanned shutdowns.
-Participated in HAZOP reviews, contributing field-level observations to improve plant safety culture.
-Reported near-misses and minor incidents through HSE reporting system, supporting continuous
improvement initiatives.

i manage several equipments like pumps, turbine and compressor, turbo expander and so on, i start and stop all these equipments in safety way, i ensure all right parameters of process, i coordinate with control room to intervenir or make correctives actions, working with ptw and safety way
