Responsibilities:

- Prepare Program data for tenders and contracts.
- Identify Scope of program activities.
- Design of coding system of projects.
- Determine schedule dates for work activities within a discipline area or specialty.
- Determine key milestone to support project program.
- Establish work sequence for a specific discipline or specialty.
- Determine interdisciplines restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences.
- Establish activity durations based on quantity, labor outputs and squad size.
- Assist in determining leveling decisions.
- Perform quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
- Determine critical path activities & identify significant activities supporting interdiscipline requirements


*Preparation of the tender program covering these points:

- Complete scope of work as mentioned in contract documents.
- Key dates showing all the interface milestones for all major works of the project
- S curve showing the estimated cash flow for the entire duration of the project.
- Histogram of all equipment and Manpower required to complete the project.
