Salam Stores is one of the GCC's leading retailers & wholesalers. Established in 1952 in Qatar,
Salam has since, expanded its reach covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Muscat and Amman.
Joined Salam Stores as a Business Systems Engineer in the distribution division. Being
a key resource in the implementation of Oracle Retail suite of applications, I ensured
the alignment of the business requirements of our division with the overall analysis,
design & implementation phases of the project for a smooth transition and a
successful implementation.
Main responsibilities:
• Super User & End User Trainer for 3 modules
(Oralce Business Intelligence - reporting tool, Retail Merchandise Insights - analytical
reporting tool & Warehouse Management System)
• Integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials & HRMS)
• ETL from legacy ERP
With over 30 years of cumulative experience, Salam Technology specializes in IT, audiovisual,
security, office automation and telecommunications.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop in-house reporting and various database applications
• Conduct software trainings to customers in Arabic & English
• Localize, implement & support Crisis/Incident Management System (WebEOC) with
various other systems for the NDIA project (Hamad International Airport)
