Maintaining a good understanding of the background of the client’s business, the project scope, and the various stakeholder’s relationships and requirements.
Carrying out necessary coordination with the various project stakeholders, interfaces, and relevant authorities.
Conducting necessary revisions and validate the wet utilities preliminary designs.
Establish adequate coordination and communication channels with all involved parties
Developing detailed designs and construction methods necessary for the wet utilities’ necessary diversions.
Liaising and following up with utilities authorities for design review and approval at various stages of the design.
Coordination with the PM and assisting the design management team in fulfilling the project’s infrastructure scope.
Applying of value engineering to optimize the wet utilities diversions cost.
Continuous follow up with Authorities to ensure rapid closure.

Provide technical support for the Client throughout the project regarding the utilities
Coordinate and liaise with utility agencies and all involved parties
Managing interfaces with other projects / designers
Arrange and conduct utilities coordination meetings
Provide plans and defined methods for contractors how to deal with existing & proposed utilities within the project area
Follow-up the supervisory consultants and contractors for dealing with utilities
Participate in preparing tender package (drawings, specification, evaluation, and clarification regarding the utilities) for new projects (axial roads & BRT).
Monitor and report on progress of scheduled utility relocation work
Review and response utilities correspondences
Prepare a monthly follow-up utilities report and provide support for the preparation of other required monthly reports
Conduct technical study for the possibility of using Common Services Tunnels in Makah

Activities:
Approve, Supervise & inspect all the transmission pipelines related works for major (Road, Drainage, Irrigation & Storm) Projects i.e. diversions/ protection for different clients (governmental or private sectors) for their projects such as RTA, D.M, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, LIMITLESS, TECOM etc.
Overall Supervision of water transmission pipeline projects to ensure proper implementation of the contracts.
Review Design specifications of water pipeline projects.
Participate in preparing tender specification, evaluation, and clarification.
Liaising with other service authorities, consultants, contractors, for running projects and future projects.
Designing the pipeline network, valve chambers, thrust blocks and modifying according to the site situation with effective flow control and pressure in the network.
Coordinating with other service authorities for NOC and attending meetings for the same.
Follow - up of site activities from route survey, trial pits, excavation, pipe lying, and deferent tests and up to final reinstatement of the route.
Attend monthly progress meetings, weekly site meeting and submit weekly reports on site activities
Follow - up of commissioning activities.
Designing the diversion of the existing pipeline because of new planning keeping in view the future requirement.
Listing and checking of outstanding items with estimates of retentions.
Control project coasts within budget funds.
Ensure timely project completion.
Advise on & review of project close out report at end of project.
Activities:
Supervise the running projects (high rise buildings) with the planned schedules and controlling the cost of the project
Deploying resources and manpower according to the requirement of the project and maintaining steady pace of the project up to completion.
Coordinating with the engineers for associated works like firefighting systems, plumbing, and water supply, electrical network etc.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and controlling the flow of material for different projects.
