Monthly meeting with Each assigned merchant (215 merchants).
•Provide the needed assistance for all merchants ASAP.
•Provide the needed sales and numbers reports.
•Perform sales forecasting for merchants.
•Present a well prepared presentation for existing services and products for merchants with given numbers and data to improve their sales.
•Using upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize the value of merchants.
•Establishing productive and professional long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
•Monitor the market and competitors' performance.
•Provide monthly and quarterly plan for each merchant according to their field.
Generate new leads through social media, database, and networks.
•Create new business chances and opportunities.
•Negotiate and close deals and handle objections.
•Perform market researches to identify possible expansion and new opportunities.
•Deliver a full info about product, services, and benefits partners may have.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-boarding new partners smoothly.
•Build and develop positive relationships with recent partners.
•Enhance sales for all partners.
•Answer all enquires and solve all partner's issues.
•Create plans for each partner to get the most use of the product and service.
•Monitor the market and competitors' performance.
•Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the clients.
Handling customers' complaints
•Provide the needed support for customers and answer all enquires
•Provide the needed support for on ground drivers and runners
•Ensure all orders to be delivered
•Ensure all items are available to be ordered by customers
•Compensate customers for orders' issue whenever occurs
•Compensate drivers/runners according to compensation matrix whenever an issue occurs
Generate new leads using database and connections' network
•Study and learn all projects to provide full info for customers
•Perform market research for sales opportunities
•Set meeting with possible customers
