 Advise and supervise the electrical competent and authorize persons who are performing electrical jobs according company safety rules (onshore/offshore)
 Cooperate with other company departments to constitute active team work
 Supervise execution of preventive maintenance program to field electrical equipments in hazardous & non-hazardous areas by using Global Maintenance System Software.
 Represent electrical operation department in electrical commissioning of new switchgears (medium & low voltages), electrical motors, cables, uninterrupted power supply units, lighting, lightning, earthing and cathodic protection .
 Report maintenance general manager of closed jobs, under- execution jobs, vendor activities electrical team responses, department needs ( training courses, tool assets, , )
 Supervise the execution of permit to work system including tool box talk, method of statement and/or Maintenance Work Instruction, isolation certificates, lockout tag out, quantitative and/or qualitative risk assessment.
 Assist in developing and evolving Maintenance Work Instruction in linkage with planning, production and other departments to be customized according to the application criticality to avoid as much as possible plant downtime.
 Keep inventory updated and make sure that all spare parts are present in min. / max. Basis. Raise purchase requisitions, review and assets technical offers.
 Ensure the workshop availability all the time "manpower, tools & diagnostic instruments"
 Contribute in holding periodical meetings to review the department progress according to the monthly target plan which is based on achieving the highest level of root cause analysis for the electrical applications chronic problems and report the MOM to the maintenance general manager.
