• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network.

• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM.
• Forecast sales targets and manage stocks.
• To provide advice, guidance and support for HSSE issues to Lubricants Supply chain activities in Egypt with main focus on plant and warehouse operations, Road Safety and support to Sales and Marketing staff.
• To support LSC Operations Mgr, S&M manager and the LOBP manager in terms of HSSE management
• To actively support the LSC and S&M team in implementing and maintaining the HSSE standards, processes, policies and standards.
• Be an active member of the SME management team in Egypt.
• To manage and coordinate the delivery of all global strategies and programs for HSSE and to support the establishment of effective HSSE management systems for Global Lubricants in Egypt
• To advise and support line mgrs on the journey to Goal Zero and the development of pro-active HSSE culture within Lubricants where there is a very high standard of performance for all those that are directly or indirectly affected by the Lubricants operations and services.
• To ensure that sustainable development is about doing business genuinely and in ways that take full account all risks and opportunities.
• To act as Road safety advisor, considering Egypt being classified as a high risk country.
• To act as a guardian and support compliance to local HSSE regulations.
• Project manager of Shell brand remediation project (six million pounds annually).
• Responsible for retail stock management.
• Responsible for Maintenance CAPEX projects.
• Responsible for retail asset management.
• In addition to all of the below
• Contract and asset holder of all engineering activities for Shell Retail (82 sites)
• Project manager for all upgrade projects in 2008 (8 million pounds) and 2009 (8 million
• pounds)
• Budget holder of Retail maintenance annual budget (3.6 million pounds).
• Aligned with (CP) in developing, implementing and monitoring performance base
Contracts including contractor assessment and bidding process.
• Assure the best quality of maintaining Shell Equipment, smooth workflow, customers &
• sales satisfaction.
• Plan preventive maintenance of all sites, measuring contractor's performance through
Shell’s KPI’s and assuring lead time correspondence and first time fix.
• Ensure HSSE(Healthy, Safety, and Security and environmental) strategy & Standards.
• Implement engineering plans based on agreed T&R (Targets & Resources) including HSSE standards.
