Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, filing, and report preparation.
Develop and implemented office procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Preparing and monitoring Admin., budgets, ensuring accuracy of financial reports.
Assist with organization of meetings, conferences, and special events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking for staff.
Handling confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
Provide guidance to staff on administrative matters.
Create and maintained filing systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Overseeing daily office operations, including managing mail, office supplies, and equipment.
Follow up with Security Companies & ensure securing company assets.
Supervising Service companies all over the company's sites.
Review & approve Service companies' monthly invoices.
Settling monthly dues on company.
Supervising Maintenance for all assets (buildings, Cars, Tools…. Etc.)
Leading Admin team and ensure admin supplies are delivered with quality and Intime for staff.
Handling fleet management.
