- Full management of a start-up medium sized rolling mill company, including commissioning, strategic plan, business development, restructuring, financial planning, procedures and reporting setup, the selection of technical service provider, and the business extension plan.

- Due diligence and evaluation of a cable manufacturing company, definition of its business plan and assistance to its shareholders to sell it to potential investors.
2019:
- Full management of a real estate and interior design company, including mission definition, strategic planning, restructuring, financial planning, and business development.
In charge of developing the business portfolio of the Group, including subsidiary creation, reform programs, strategy formulation, roadmap setting, restructuring, internal and external development, acquisitions, direct consultancy support to the shareholders, and opportunity hunting.

Managing a new subsidiary, a result of merging the Real Estate activity of the Group into one specialized company.
Developing and adapting the real estate best practices on the company offering to the Algerian market.
Managing a subsidiary of two activities, Real Estate and Constructions, with a project/contract portfolio of 300 million US$ and 750 employees nationwide.
- Setting up the company mission and vision, and formulating and communicating the company strategy, focused on clearing previous losses and developing beneficial contracts portfolio.
- Adopting quick-wins and executing medium term solutions to deliver old and late projects, to add customer from the private sector to the customer base, aiming to increase revenues and to optimize the cost.
- Setting the roadmap aiming to switch the financial positions to a strong level, in terms of revenues, net profit, working capital, cash flow, and cost optimization programs.
- Changing the company culture to be KPI driven; inspiring, mentoring and developing existing staff, and integrating new human resources, to achieve the company objectives.
- Ensuring that best practices are followed in QHSE and legality.
Running the N&W African region operations. He was designing and Executing hiring methodology for appointing resellers and distributors whilst institutionalising the KPIs, managing large key accounts, and lobbying with B2B selected partners across target sectors such as telecom, energy, IT, and O&G.
For various Algerian and foreign clients across telecom, manufacturing energy and FMCG sectors, was leading business development, logistics alternatives, representation and operational excellence.
- Adopting and executing mid-terms strategic initiatives and a bundle of quick-wins which doubled the customer base (100% increase) and lead to 100.5% EBITDA aggressive target achievement,
- Setting 5-year strategic partnerships, leading to an expected annual revenue growth rate of 17.5% starting 2012,
- Achieving and maintaining strong financial positions, leading to the transfer of years 2009 and 2010 dividends during year 2011, by applying financial policies and controls that lead to reduce the account receivable by 49%, the COGS by 3%, and the OPEX by 12.6%; and by instrumenting the use of local financing instead of dependence on the holding financing,
- Managing span of control of 1200 employees and a dynamic management scope across telecom, maintenance, construction and BPO sectors,
- Inspiring, mentoring and developing existing staff, and integrating new HR strategies, to achieve the company objectives whilst ensuring that best practices are followed in QHSE, legality and organizational policies.

- Managing $40 million green field investment and $60 million ready for acquisitions.
- Building, developing and leading a multicultural integrated team which resulted in achieving a market leading position in 1-year operation and reaching a net profit level in that first year of operation.
- Designing, implementing and monitoring the company strategic plans whilst introducing new manufacturing products and manufacturing best practices standards to the Group.
- Managing key accounts across governmental, private and multinational entities for local and export sales, this resulted in introducing the product range in Tunisia and Morocco.
- As Group Regional Sales Director Africa, establishing a subsidiary in Equatorial Guinea with an enhanced business model; penetrating new francophone countries in African markets (Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Niger) and introducing new manufacturing best practices standards to the Group.
- Managing the entire Online Value Added Services, the Optical Character Recognition and the Arabic Search Engine products. Managing the entire product life cycle from the development, versioning, featuring, testing, and delivery stages. Implementing the entire marketing and sales cycle: segmenting, targeting, and customer acquisition.
- Guiding multi-cultural sales teams for promoting products and services in diverse markets, whilst identifying and implementing profitable business models that lead to breakeven in less than a year.
- Ensuring guaranteed stable cash inflows and sustainable revenue growth.

Supervising the mechanical and welding workshops through technicians and managing cost which resulted in a promotion to an expatriate managerial position in one year.
Fully supervising two oil transmission whilst linking the two terminals control rooms.
