The JABAL Omar Development is a mixed-use development that includes residential apartments, hotels, commercial uses, public parking and associated support facilities such as public assembly and prayer areas, the project with a land area of 230, 000m2 and built-up floor area of approximately 2 million square meters is intended to be a high-density development (1, 500 persons/hectare). • Preparation and implementation of the sit HSE program
• Organization and co-ordination of all site HSE activities
• Ensuring that there are adequate means of communications between the customer, site and sub- contractors at site on matters pertaining to health, environment and safety
• ensuring that the site personnel are aware of their HSE responsibilities
• interfacing with other site discipline managers to convoy and reinforce site HSE requirements
• assisting with the preparation of method statements and job safety analyses
• reviewing method statements and job safety analyses prepared by other site disciplines and sub-contractors
• preparing reports and recommending action in the event of non -compliance with the above
• any other duties relating to HSE that may be required.
