• To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality
Management and Support the Site Operations Team to ensuring that the project goals and schedule are understood.
• Interface with all Sections of the Team to meet overall project deliverables.
• Developing a detailed project plan in order to track/evaluate progress, and project performance.
• Liaise strongly with the Engineering Team to assist in the development of design solutions that promote constructability and value engineering.
• Development, establishment and execution of the operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices.
•Site Supervision, Execution, Checking and Assuring that the Construction is as Per
The project Technical Specifications, Plan & Drawings.
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site.
•Preparations for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
•Validation of subcontractors and 3rd parties plan.
•Coordinate with Subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
•Responsibilities include liaising with Ashghal (PWA) and Traffic Departments (MOI).
•Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of material.
•Review and Monitors Quality systems including Quality Control & Procedures.
•Leading The Site Construction team.
•Supervision all infrastructure Works And Road Works.
•Provide technical support and monitoring of execution issues and provide resolution to technical queries.
•Project Site Traffic Management and daily update according to site conditions for review and trouble shooting.
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems.
•Design and Execute Traffic diversions.
•Responsible for Execute Road Works & Traffic Diversions from sub grade Up to Asphalt Top Layer With All infrastructure
