Member of the executive team responsible for setting the investment structure and criteria for IC GROUP’s investment portfolio and Establish innovative initiatives to expand the organization's portfolio growth. As well as involved in setting strategic objectives for the Investments, sales, marketing and executive departments.
Reviewing operating budgets, revenue and cash flow, project budgeting and sales reports to ensure that short and medium-term investment goals are achieved.
▪ Sourcing, identifying and valuing of real estate potential investment opportunities.
▪ Analyze of purchase, sale-leaseback and other Scenarios.
▪ Decide sale versus lease decisions.
Working on assessment, development and creation of corporate business solutions that endeavored profitable results for running and future investments.
Special Duties:
▪ Led comprehensive market investigation of identifying, forecasting, and evaluating real estate development in Khartoum, Sudan and identify the potential market risks, (complete feasibility study of Sudan project).
▪ A complete cost estimation, initial feasibility study, design Management, preliminary time schedule, profitability study and staff acquisition and release schedule for "Bali" project.
▪ Define & identify characteristics of proposed light gage steel system from China, USA & Turkey, determine & evaluate performance & cost effectiveness of each proposed system.
▪ Developed project concept for new commercial and touristic projects in Hurghada and red sea in terms of the company strategic management plan, Stakeholders requirements and the Enterprise environmental factors.
▪ Follow and coordinate with authorities (TDA, IDA, UCA and SDA).
▪ Sample executed research topics: Islamic Sukuk “Profit-and-loss sharing contracts”-R&D and innovation management for key decision makers-Property management and it`s legal reasons for application on urban communities in Egypt-Practical applicability of timeshare in operating touristic project-Floating structure.
▪ Representing the organization in key business communities i.e. Egyptian businessmen`s Association (EBA).
