• Handling Work visa (Schedule Medical Examination, prepares labor contract agreement in Arabic, Updates employees database, following up for renewing the visa of employees before expiration date
• Coordination with Recruitment and Onboarding teams for Labor approval and new candidates hiring process
• Update all Jaidah Group Employees data on SAP system
• Maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system
• Applying for Qatar Driving License for Employees
• Emergency procedures (Ticket/Medical).
• Prepare Export Certificate for the export equipment from Traffic Department
• Applying for Attestation required for export invoices and all letters from Qatar Chamber of Commerce
• Obtaining Certificate of origin from Qatar Chamber of Commerce
• Resolving administrative problems


• Follow up and Prepare documents for renewal commercial registration, trade license, company’s computer cards, Amendment (adding or removing signatory/Activity/ Branch) and issuing online an official (Arabic / English) copy from commercial registration.
• Follow up the advertising permits (promotion/vehicles) from municipality and traffic (renew / issue), Request the required documentation from the departments.
• Issue permits for special offer and promotions from ministry of economy and commerce and Qatar tourism authority.
• Issue company’s tax card.
• Issue and renew Qatar civil defense certificates.
• Registration and renewal classification certificate from Government Procurement Regulatory Dept. ministry of finance.
• Renewal and issue permit for waste Disposal Collection Services
• Renewing the approval for transport activity like (rent cars with driver and rent cars without drivers) from ministry of transportation
• Renewing the approval from traffic department online MOI website e-services for any car’s activity in the trade license or CR for showroom and workshop activity
• Prepare and attest E-contracts online from labor department website
• Applying for Medical appointments for new employees.
• Applying for Fingerprint appointment for new employees.
• Support any division with company documentation.
• Most application online - prepare manual application
• Apply for exceptional return permit.
• Prepare and apply for Transfer Sponsorship application
• Apply for Change profession in QID
• General enquiry by email / phone
• Apply for New Health Card / Renewal
• Prepare Government letters
• Filling government forms
