Achieve area sales target in cooperation with the whole company departments.
Supervise on the assigned area according to direct Area Manager delegation and finalizing the assigned tasks.
Ensure on brand market share and initiate new deals through the sales team.
Send daily reports regarding the assigned area sales achievements.
Analyze market needs according to dealers and customers needs’.
Initiate new deals through gathering regular events with assigned area dealers.
Coach and develop sales team techniques according to the current sales trends.
Monitor P&L for the assigned area and insure in sales target achievement
Lead and develop a high performing team of people that can provide and meet the strategies of the business and the vision of the retail.
Actively lead and develop high performing team members that achieve results, develop themselves and those around them, and work as a strong advocate for the customer across the business.
Encourages business to use different learning techniques/tools (shadowing, coaching, self-study, classroom training)
Understand the retail strategies, priorities and objectives; and ensure learning & development activities are aligned with them
