• Ensure the detailed short and long term supply plans are developed to site and customer satisfaction
• Identify abnormal demand within the agreed time fence and escalate accordingly, seeking agreement between site and customer. Communicate repeated abnormal demand to Supply Chain Director as a planning issue for resolution
