- Supervising the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a
manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule

quality and specification are consistent
- Conducting assessments to identify procedural limitations that
minimize work efficiency
- Monitoring and controlling a production process to adjust
operations in event of a problem
- Collaborating with marketing and sales staff to implement
strategies that’ll improve the marketability of manufactured products
- Examining financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Developing manufacturing processes by studying product
requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing
manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform
consistently in specified operating environments.
- Planning and designing new production processes.
- Achieving unit's production and profitability objectives, proven
competencies in managing manpower, machines and materials
resources to generate maximum operational efficiency.
• Foster and spread Health & Safety procedures and instructions among teamwork to achieve safety KPIs.
• Achieving the production plan with high quality that related to production area and has a wide range of flexibility and fast response in case of market demand change or sudden production plan modification due to any variables.
• Follow and achieve production area share of the budgeted zero base manpower plan on monthly basis with effective people utilization to be a fit area
• Loading plan of area equipment and its achievement on daily basis throughout shifts.
• Monitoring and follow up of overall equipment effectiveness OEE of each machine on daily basis to stand on the improvement opportunities to make the best utilization of the equipment to achieve OEE target.
• Achieving EMS targets.
• Initiate and lead continues improvements projects (CIP) in production area (like SMDC) with coordination with the cross functional teams of the relevant departments and production team to realize Electrolux 5 pillars.
• Achieving the weekly EMS KPIs targets (LP, DFP, DSA, NRFT and safety KPIs) that set up at the beginning of the year.
• Lead and support teamwork to solve the problems in production area by using the problem solving techniques and to encourage the team to react with the other cross functional teams by using the different techniques of problem solving to overcome problems and obstacles.
• Managing the work and loading plans in production area to achieve the green spirit targets and cost saving due to energies consumptions reduction.
• Foster and support QC KPIs targets (NRFT, QMI and SCR) which related to work content and take the necessary action plan with the cross functional teams of the relevant departments to achieve these targets in case of problems related to work procedures, processes or JDS of production area.
• Responsible for the coordination of PM plan dates and time determination and committed with the maintenance team to guarantee 100% execution of PM plan as an available maintenance time for each machine.
• Lead & drive the team to work with TPM.
• Responsible for skill matrix progress of production team to obtain the multi skills labors.
• Persist in raising production team qualifications by following up their training programs (soft skills, safety awareness & trainings, EMS sessions and technical sessions)
• Responsible for the follow up of ERP transactions execution follow up on daily basis that related to the work activities of technological area.
• Responsible for the variance analysis that may result after JOs closure related to work content at technological area.
• Controlling and maintaining the scrap percentage to adhere to the target.

• Evaluates and solves production problems associated with equipment, maintenance, and/or manufacturing methods. Implements root cause analysis and engages manufacturing associates and maintenance technicians in problem solving methods.
• Conducts training to introduce new processes.
• Troubleshooting: perform root cause analysis to prevent, correct and improve.
• Analyze and interpret data to make engineering recommendations regarding performance or process improvements
• Head of production line which is producing plastic components using 25 injection molding machines then assembly for the final products
• Develop operating conditions, tooling and procedures (process data sheets).
• Quick changeover team leader for moulds installation.
• Determine and analyze overall equipment effectiveness & material over usage.
• Daily report for performance of assembly operators and injection molding machines.
• Approve the lean system in the production sites.
• Responsible for a group of operators (250 operators) and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet customer needs (Supermarket and Kanban concept).
• Providing job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect as at when required and how to deal with the injection molding machine and polymers
• Assist Supervisors in the daily running of production.
• Verify rejects from lines and daily reporting of production output.
• Ensure operators achieve/perform to daily targets and output.
• Linking with the supply chain team for production control.
