Take booking for outbound traffic originated from Alexandria Port / Ein Elsokhna port to
various destinations.
• Review shipping declarations on hand & make sure compliance with Egyptian customs
laws/regulations & the same for POD customs laws/regulations.
• Follow up with shippers/forwarders to hand over export units on time before vessel cut-off.
• Preparing bills of lading drafts & sent to customers for review/confirmation.
• Issue/sign original bills of lading & proceed with final review before delivering to customer.
• Engage/monitoring counter daily activities.
• Cross-check cargo manifest against customs documents to assure data \[packages +
net/gross weights\] relevance.
• Submit cargo manifest to port authority prior vessel sailing.

• Prepare freight manifest & review against each customer quotation / contract.
• Prepare/review invoices including ocean freight & local charges.
• Liaise with customers to assure settlement of incurred charges on time to avoid occurrence of
outstanding records.
• Liaise with customers to solve unclaimed cases at any POD.
• Co-ordinate with overseas agents to troubleshoot any pending cases/ dilemmas.
Support sales team to secure plentiful traffic on EVERGREEN vessels.
• Support sales team by attending business meetings & assure overcome any obstacles facing
existing/potential clients.
• Support sales team by granting special care for VIP accounts.
