Supervise technical office team who look after Power System Technical Issues within Mantrac Group (9 counteries)
working on resolving the complicated technical problems, following up on product health and repeated problem and reporting to the factory (CATERPILLAR), i'm the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) with the factory regarding the product technical issue
meeting with customers and CAT people to negotiate the requested support from the factory to the customers
