• For service contract (Global Maintenance Service Fields - Abu Rudies LPG)(Contractor :EMC Owner : PETROBEL). &
Work Scope:
• Successful preparations and completion of planned shutdowns.
• Life cycle management for all I&C systems.
• Diagnostic check, troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation and control of different plant devices and Turbine Instrumentation.
o Like (Level, Temperature, pressure, flow....etc )(Switches, transmitters and gauges )
o Valves and actuators.
• Understanding of Control Loops. Field instruments and Control Actuator, Calibration and Maintenance.
• Lead and motivate the team by setting appropriate people and plant related performance measures.
Awareness of personnel and equipment safety standard, Environmental protection standard and Quality management system.
• Practical experience PLC SIAMTIC -S5 / S7.
• Anti-surge system knowledge

Location: Power station of Belayim Petroleum Company (PETROBEL) at Abu Rudeis fields as a representative of EMC -service- Petroleum co.
Instrument engineer in Belayim power station which consists of the following equipments, hardware and software. The Gas Turbines are dual fuel machines running on gas and distillat:
• 2 x SULZER Gas Turbines type 1 - 2.5 MW each; units are controlled by Siemens PLC step7.
• 2 x NUOVO PIGNONE Gas Turbines Frame 1, 2.5 MW units with Speedtronic Mark II control.
• 5 x NUOVO PIGNONE Gas Turbines MS3002J, 7.6 MW units with Mark VI control systems.
• 2 x NUOVO PIGNONE Gas Turbines “GE 10 “7.8 MW units with Mk.VI Speedtronic Control.
• 4 Reciprocating "Double acting" Gas Compressors.
• 2 Atlas Copco (ZT30) Instrument Air Compressors.
