Working as a senior Physiotherapist Handling Physiotherapy patients in orthopedics and neurology.

NEUROLOGY: During this posting my responsibilities include Assess correlate with this clinical and Radiological findings and conclude the appropriate physiotherapy management. During this posting I have used the technique of Motor relearning program, Neuro Devolepmental Therapy, Boobath approach and proprioceptive Neuro Muscular Faciltation.
ORTHOPAEDICS: During this posting my responsibilities were to perform periodic range of motion assessments, manual muscle strength analysis, isolating individual muscle performance, posture evaluation, gait evaluation, regional special tests and correlate this with clinical and radiological findings to conclude the appropriate Physiotherapy management. I have treated all kinds of open and closed fractures, spinal fractures, and replacements surgery patients, Rheumatoid Arthritis / Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients. Regional orthopaedic conditions and various sports related injuries. During this posting I utiized basic manipulative and mobilization techniques in the treatment of my Patients. I have evaluated and treated sports injuries (Basket ball, Athletic\]
cardio: In the cardio unit my responsibilities were to carry out rehabilitation activities following CABG, acute myocardial infarction, Valve replacement surgeries, and intra cardiac repairs. Additional responsibilities included physical assessment. Vital monitoring, cardiac status monitoring, interpretation of lab and radiological diagnosis and carrying out appropriate physiotherapy management.
PAEDIATRIC NUEROLOGY: .During this posting my responsibilities include Assessing the Neurological examination of new born, skeletal system, posture, movements and neonatal reflexes and co relate clinically and conclude the physiotherapy management and implement them .
