Hegazy group of companies, includes 5 companies in the Egyptian market, more than 4, 000 employees and has recently
expanded in some other African countries, HG Group specialized in the food industry producer, juices, dairy products, poultry
& meat products, cold cuts, ready meal salads, and olive oil.
My duties:
Direct new projects, including new dairy products plant, further processing plant “Chicken & Meat Products”, and in charge
of establishing a new trading company structure, legal documents and the team, the new company will be as an agent of
food machinery companies.
Dealing for new Processing, filling, and packaging lines, Negotiation projects Charter, Technical Details and Payment
Terms, monitoring entire projects phase until installation and commissioning, allocate projects consultant including
product manufacturing experts, collaborate with cross-discipline team members to maintain all project requirements,
deadlines, and schedules as per all parties’ concerns. Craft and present detailed status reports by gathering, analysing, and
summarising relevant information., and responsible for setting the projects budget depends on the budget rang given from
the owner, the total projects budget I am responsible for is about 30 million Euro,
Holding weekly meetings with various suppliers of materials and machinery and negotiating contract terms and scope of
projects from the customer side gave me the experience to know how the decision is make and a more understanding of
client’s organizations.

Business Development Manager / Middle East & Turkey في coesia

Energised performance within industrial process solutions (IPS) segment, Determined and captured
project leads and new business opportunities within various routes to market (Bottle Filling line, Powder
detergent and soap processing and packaging lines, confectionery, and tea packaging machinery). Led
detailed analysis of agents’ work procedure in the Middle East. Monitored activities of ongoing projects
and industrial process solutions segment to devise industrial process solutions. Coordinated and

• Expanded territory by assigning four new agents and business partners in new.

new visits.

generation solution (PV system + Diesel Generators) and standalone diesel and gas generators rating from 30eKW
to 2000 eKW,
