The main responsibility of my role as a Program manager was to oversee the development of the NGO programs. This included staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities. As well to create budgets for project costs and program expenditures. Building and strengthening the role of the Foundation in its programs and partnerships, the Foundation is committed to respect human rights, the values of solidarity, freedom of thought, opinion and expression, acceptance of pluralism, and gender equality with an emphasis on enhancing the status and role of women. The main responsibility of my role as a Program Oficer was to oversee the development of the organizations programs. This included staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities. As well to create budgets for project
costs and program expenditures. For example, Malazy project (my safe space) project is mainly based on the idea of creating safe spaces for refugee women residing in Egypt, especially in Hadayek El-Maadi and Margregs neighborhoods which is having a big refugee community from countries such as (Sudan - South Sudan - Somalia - Ethiopia - Eritrea). My main task was helping to create the Emergency unit (Legal - Medical - Physiology Aid) and to foster human development and social inclusion of vulnerable groups in Egypt, including nationals, minority groups, migrant communities and women. And to enhance Egyptian and migrant womens empowerment, protection and their role in the promotion of intercultural dialogue in Greater Cairo.
