Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes and leading the negotiation with the Egyptians GOV (The Grand Egyptian Museum) and other museums clients worldwide. Recruiting and training personnel and allocating responsibilities and ofice space.
The main responsibility of my role as a Program manager was to oversee the development of the NGO programs. This included staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities. As well to create budgets for project costs and program expenditures. Building and strengthening the role of the Foundation in its programs and partnerships, the Foundation is committed to respect human rights, the values of solidarity, freedom of thought, opinion and expression, acceptance of pluralism, and gender equality with an emphasis on enhancing the status and role of women. As well as raising the value of peoples participation in identifying and meeting their needs, especially among groups who have basic needs and creating feasible change models that can be replicated, accumulated, and spread their effects. Building and strengthening the role of the Foundation to contribute with its partners for building societies that believe in social justice, solidarity, and equality. Inclusion of vulnerable groups in Egypt, including nationals, minority groups, migrant communities and women. And to enhance Egyptian and migrant womens empowerment, protection and their role in the promotion of intercultural dialogue in Greater Cairo.
The main responsibility of my role as a Program Oficer was to oversee the development of the organizations programs. This included staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities. As well to create budgets for project
costs and program expenditures. For example, Malazy project (my safe space) project is mainly based on the idea of creating safe spaces for refugee women residing in Egypt, especially in Hadayek El-Maadi and Margregs neighborhoods which is having a big refugee community from countries such as (Sudan - South Sudan - Somalia - Ethiopia - Eritrea). My main task was helping to create the Emergency unit (Legal - Medical - Physiology Aid) and to foster human development and social inclusion of vulnerable groups in Egypt, including nationals, minority groups, migrant communities and women. And to enhance Egyptian and migrant womens empowerment, protection and their role in the promotion of intercultural dialogue in Greater Cairo.
• Enhancing Emergency Response Mechanisms: Engaging actively in bolstering emergency response mechanisms by actively participating in emergency preparedness planning and consistently disseminating pertinent information regarding evolving needs and emerging issues concerning Syrian refugees and their host communities.
• Building Strong Collaborative Networks: Establishing and nurturing robust working relationships with governmental bodies, institutions, donors, partner organizations, and local NGOs to ensure effective coordination and implementation of initiatives.
• Empowering Through Education: Facilitating training sessions for children, parents, and educators on vital subjects such as Child Protection and Rights and Gender Equality, fostering a culture of awareness and empowerment within communities.
• Fostering Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining proactive engagement with local partners, school administrators, educators, social workers, and oficials from the Ministry of Education to ensure alignment of efforts and maximize impact.
• Strategic Planning and Resource Management: Crafting comprehensive action plans that meticulously outline the implementation strategy, including the burn rate analysis of planned activities undertaken by both local partners and the organization, ensuring eficient resource utilization and project success.
• Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Building: Collaborating with Plan Canada advisors to develop comprehensive training manuals tailored to the needs of educators, focusing on topics such as Child Protection and Rights and Gender Equality, as well as Education in Emergency, empowering educators with the tools and knowledge to create safer and more inclusive learning environments.

• Coordinating Community Services Program with UNHCR Egypt and referring vulnerable cases to the protection team.
• Developing Child Protection Programs and Activities.
• Supporting the African and Syrian community located in Maadi, Ard-Elewa and Nasser City using the helpline system between UNHCR and Tadamon.
• Developing a detailed action plan including the monthly plan for the Maadi ofice.
• Providing training for volunteers on UN principles, asylum and its causes, simplified map of illegal asylum and its dependencies.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the programs and activities and soliciting feedback from the participants.
