➢ Production Manager at Juhayna Food Industries(UHT milk and fermented products)
Tasks
▪ Manage entire production team, and general machine operators.
▪ Updates the planned requirements based on hour-to-hour occurring issues such as
Planning parameters changes or re-scheduling or Re-work.
▪ Following up the production lines performance.
▪ Delegate tasks effectively and analyze reports to improve efficiency and output.
▪ Coordinate with the supply chain department to assign work center after checking the
production lines capacity VS proposed plan.
▪ Analyzes material and resources and it’s variances for work in process and finished
Product, actual versus estimated or planned consumption and prepares variance
Reports accordingly.
▪ Reviews production-related reports including the production order, process
Capability study.
▪ Reviews the production schedule, ensures thorough understanding, point out Possible
difficulties and assure compliance with the plan.
▪ Conduct training session for the production team to improve team qualification and
work environment
▪ Create and follow up training plan for production team
Create and approve the objectives for production team and clear KPIs matching with
organization goals.
▪ Provide constructive feedback and coaching for the production team.
▪ Oversees communications between shifts personnel to ensure
Continuity and complete information pass-down.
▪ Budget control for the production department
▪ ensures that all batch records are reviewed, corrected, and that all
Nonconformance reports pertinent to a batch record are written and approved
▪ Responds to nonconformance reports by ensuring that all corrective actions
Implemented, create preventive action to avoid the repetition of problems in future
▪ Keeps current with all new or revised regulations as they affect the department and
ensure compliance through training or proper action.
▪ Coordination and full responsibility during installations and modifications to the
production lines in partnership with manufacturers as APV for process units + Tetra
Pak for packing units and Maintenance Management ( insulation update for process
department as new silo tanks & buffer tanks & mixing units & mixing tanks & also
for filling units as insulation TBA22 filling units & cardboard & straw applicator &
TFA. A1).
• Apply lean green belt program in all Juhayna plants Kaizen zero loses continence
improvement program
