As a Product Owner:
• Collect the new projects requirements from either customers, business developers or scrum masters
• Develop user stories and splitting them up if they are too big
• Define acceptance criteria and Analyze preferences and requests of end users
• Prioritize requirements & needs according to business value
• Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required
• Distribute the workload
• Consult with other team leaders to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value
• Define the project Milestones (artifacts or Cards)
• Set the workflow cards or sprints goals (Kanban or Scrum)
• Evaluating product progress after each sprint or stage and Sharing insights throughout the company regarding the product
• Giving feedback to the development team
• Helping the other team members to continuously improve their process and Promote Continuous Improvement
• Explain the requirements to all the departments involved and answer team inquiries about it
• Participate in the creation of low or high fidelity prototypes
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team
• Backlog Grooming & retrospectives
As a Quality Assurance & Business Analyst:
• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business through Evaluation, analyzing, and maintaining systems requirements
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Transfer business analysis review to team leaders and members and follow up projects progress
• Manage risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Responsible for document management systems
• Ensure teams achieve their objectives keeping the team focused on their goals
• Verifying each department workload and responsibilities through setting up procedures and instruction manual for each department
• Setting the KPIs for each department according to the desired plan by the management team
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Monitoring and calculating each department KPIs monthly, providing analysis and reviews to the management according to each department performance
• Audit calls, customer interactions, and monitoring internal cameras and Report back on any policy violations
• Collect the fundamental business data monthly, analyzing these data and compare the numbers with previous months and provide a monthly report accordingly
• Monitoring each department daily process to make sure they keep their SLA and quality standards
• Conduct employee training and evaluation and may provide support during the hiring and on boarding process
• Detect the faults, bugs and loopholes, discuss with the involved departments how to solve them and modify the business process accordingly
• Starting the R&D for new projects, analyzing the market and competitors and the know-how process
• Create Function diagrams, Entity diagrams, Workflows, etc.
• Setting up new processes and distributing tasks using the responsibility assignment matrix
• Setting up the new projects plan, timeline and prototype in coordination with other technical team members
• Setting up the project manual and procedures, creating points of criteria, training plan and timeline for the involved parties and following up with that plan with the team leaders and trainers
• Document & ensure the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Follow-up the implementation of actions agreed upon during meetings
• Collect all required data & prepare presentations when needed
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager
• Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager
• Follow the instructions, requirements and safety procedures that are set-up by the quality and management team
• Provide level one and two repairs for smart phones parts replacement on spot
• Provide initial technical diagnose and maintenance for smart phones on spot
• Provide customers with all the needed technical and technological information regarding the products
• Providing after repair sales service and information for accessories and luxuries
