As a Product Owner:
• Collect the new projects requirements from either customers, business developers or scrum masters
• Develop user stories and splitting them up if they are too big
• Define acceptance criteria and Analyze preferences and requests of end users
• Prioritize requirements & needs according to business value
• Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required
• Distribute the workload
• Consult with other team leaders to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value
• Define the project Milestones (artifacts or Cards)
• Set the workflow cards or sprints goals (Kanban or Scrum)
• Evaluating product progress after each sprint or stage and Sharing insights throughout the company regarding the product
• Giving feedback to the development team
• Helping the other team members to continuously improve their process and Promote Continuous Improvement
• Explain the requirements to all the departments involved and answer team inquiries about it
• Participate in the creation of low or high fidelity prototypes
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team
• Backlog Grooming & retrospectives


As a Quality Assurance & Business Analyst:
• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business through Evaluation, analyzing, and maintaining systems requirements
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Transfer business analysis review to team leaders and members and follow up projects progress
• Manage risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Responsible for document management systems
• Ensure teams achieve their objectives keeping the team focused on their goals
• Verifying each department workload and responsibilities through setting up procedures and instruction manual for each department
• Setting the KPIs for each department according to the desired plan by the management team
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Monitoring and calculating each department KPIs monthly, providing analysis and reviews to the management according to each department performance
• Audit calls, customer interactions, and monitoring internal cameras and Report back on any policy violations
• Collect the fundamental business data monthly, analyzing these data and compare the numbers with previous months and provide a monthly report accordingly
• Monitoring each department daily process to make sure they keep their SLA and quality standards
• Conduct employee training and evaluation and may provide support during the hiring and on boarding process
• Detect the faults, bugs and loopholes, discuss with the involved departments how to solve them and modify the business process accordingly
