the physical structure of the hotel, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related
equipment.
► Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back
of the house spaces and grounds. Verify completion of all repairs, replacement, renovation projects to
offices and employee work areas. Adhere to all corporate required purchasing policies and controls,
including, but not limited to, all outside contractor bids, budgets and schedules, as well as stay within
budget guidelines.
► Follow prescribed safety procedures and emergency plans for personnel and equipment by the company
and according to local laws and regulations.
► Maintain effective energy management and preventative maintenance programs and conduct specific
training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the
hotel. Develop, recommend, implement and manage the Engineering department’s annual and long
term goals as an integral part of the business team, attends all scheduled meetings and contributes
actively with proper preparation. Effectively communicates to hotel team members .
► Conducts a daily briefing with department team members on current key activities. Anticipate and
respond to guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction. Be an
inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance. Interacts in a positive way with all
team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.

► Responsible of all the pre-opening team.
► Water Purification& water treatment and waste water system, Electrical system, heating, Ventilation and
air conditioning system, Lighting system, Laundry system, Telecommunications system, Food service
equipment.
► Responsible for maintaining the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical,
electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment. Ensure the upkeep of guest areas and maintain an
attractive hotel. Manage all rehabilitation, expansion and special projects.
► I was responsible of following up with the suppliers & contractors during the warrantee period to ensure
that the scheduled visits are happening on time to prevent any problems.

* Responsible for the control and direction of labour to achieve the effective repairs and
maintenance to all plant, electrical and mechanical as well as decorative finishes to front and
back of house, and on all furniture fixtures and fittings. To ensure that good timekeeping and
conduct is maintained by the staff.
Having a good experience in commissioning new machines, I received a grate production line
for insulation and sheathing comes from GERMANY (TROESTER COMPANY) for the entire
project.

electrical and mechanical which produce cables ( special cable factory ) including production
process Maintains contact with local authorities to ensure all requirements are being complied
with and that assistance or advice will be readily available whenever required
