Handling Customer complaints and suggestions on the suggestion and complaint system.
Handling Hotline and receive complaints from all Department, and customers.
Corresponding with Department managers in order to resolve each complain.
Monitor service advisor action on complaint & suggestion system.
Run evaluation reports, and cascade it to line managers to stand on gaps and resolve it proactively.
Manage cash within the store according to corporate procedures and standards
Maintain cash register floats and ensures regular cashing up
Secure cash in safe and maintain banking collection schedule in coordination with Money Collection Company
Monitor and Report POS system operation and errors.
Troubleshoot POS and K-Net machine.
deposit daily cash sales in the bank.
Daily and Weekly Reconciliation Reports.
Conduct spot check on the cashier to ensure the accuracy of the transaction
Ensure that Refund/Exchange for the customer is within policy and procedure
Coordinate with the Finance Department in the corporate office
Cover Front - End as need arises
making contracts with the other compoanies that need manpower with good high rates for the company
