• Provide Specialist advice and consultancy services to project management and employees on occupational Health & Safety
Issues.
• Demonstrated Experience in reviewing work Health & Safety documentation
• Establishing and Reviewing HSE Polices as per ISO standards.
• Create and Maintain Emergency Response Plans for working site with compliance to local regulations.
• Establishing and reviewing new HSE programs, Written polices, HSE plans and procedures and other related
documentations.
• Providing professional direction, guidance and support to the site based Safety Inspectors as required;
• Actively supporting the development and realization of a positive, value-centered culture, shared by our contractors and
focused on excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with company’s objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules,
regulations and guidelines provided by company from time to time.
• Support the identification of Safety Hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of the tools to manage
and reduce these risks.
• Participating in and/or reviewing the various Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring that Project Safety programs and procedures are implemented reviewed and improved as needed including
Contractors and Vendors.
• Supporting the development and implementation of an HSE Learning & Development Process for project team members.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensuring the implementation of and participating in the execution of the Project Non-conformance and Incident
Investigation processes.
• Ensuring leading and training Safety performance measures are developed, compiled, maintained and reported.
• Ensuring periodic Safety Audits and inspections are conducted in accordance with risk based schedules.
• Providing input & output of lessons learned for the project.
• Establish Training Plans & Matrix according to project demands.
• Conduct HSE training sessions.
• Provide approved Training certificates and ID cards from NASP.
Experience : 18 years of experience in Health & safety (Hydrogen Handling, Renewable Energy, Oil & gas, Construction.
Qualification: Highly qualified (Hydrogen Safety, NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH IOG, Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 & NASP Trainer)
