DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing with the all leaves, employees requests, new joiners and renewal.
Applying for the new, renew and cancellation insurance cards.
Dealing with all cancellation, migration and termination employees.
Providing any reports which requested by the departments.
Handling all the staff request.
Dealing with GRT for any quires which belonging to Abu Dhabi Branch.
Attending the employee’s induction, welfare sessions and events.
Determine problems and consult with positive with the employees.
Providing data and preparing management information reports and documents.
Updating our trackers on daily basis.
Make sure to follow the UAE Labour Law and explaining it to the employees.
Coordinate with the other departments in any related matter.
Any other duties assigned by Human Resource Manager.
Recommending the disciplinary action as per the UAE Labour Law and communicating it with the concern department.
hiring the new joiner employees once joining via Oracle JDE system, and updating the payroll department by the necessary duty advice documents.
Handling the employee’s passports and maintaining the system as well as the necessary tracker.

Informing all Ops team and Ops coordinators of the staff who visa will be expired once I got the information from HR.
Receiving all the renewal contract papers and updating the database.
Distributing the renewal notice to all camps.
Follow with Ops team and Camp coordinators to hand over the renewal notice on time to avoid any fines from immigration.
Forwarding the contract renewal to HR after staff signature and updating my database.
Follow up with HR for the medical and collecting the TG ID cards of the staff.
Informing all the Ops team and Camps Coordinators of the medical schedule date and ensure all the staffs are going on time of the medical center.
Obtaining the new joiners sheets via the information which receiving from HR department.
Collecting the contract peppers from HR and distribute it to the camps (camp Coordinator) that will take the signature from the new joiners and forward it back to me.
Hand over the sign contracts to HR departments.
Follow up with the HR department and camps coordinators about the medical scheduled dates and the results of the test.
Collecting the C3 salary cards and distributes it to all camps coordinators who will hand it over to the staff; and receiving the receipts with the staff signature and handing it back to HR.
Follow up with the training team to arrange the necessary training for the new joiners.
